Context
The certificate Executive Consultant/Manager in IT Service Management according to ISO/IEC 20000 is part of the ISO/IEC 20000 Qualification Program – a series of interlinked examinations which are based on the various roles in IT Service Management. Prior knowledge
- Foundation certificate in ITSM according to ISO/IEC 20000
- Certificate in Professional Management and Improvement of ITSM processes according to ISO/IEC 20000
- Two additional professional certificates in ITSM according to ISO/IEC 20000
- Consultant/Manager certificate in ITSM according to ISO/IEC 20000
You will also have at least three years’ experience as a consultant/manager and have successfully completed the practical tasks. In addition you will also have followed master class Executive Consultant/Manager training in IT Service Management according to ISO/IEC 20000.
