If you meet these requirements, you will become an EXIN Partner, which allows you to become accredited for a number of different components. The quality requirements differ for each component.
Independent Trainers obviously do not need to become EXIN Partners. As an Independent (Freelance) Trainer you need to apply for your individual accreditation.
What is the cost of accreditation?
Costs depend on the type of accreditation your requesting. But a as general rule all accredited organizations pay a standard basic fee.
- Base Accreditation (EXIN Partner): you pay the base fee once, which covers all accreditation types.
- Accredited Training Provider (ATP), you pay the basic ATP fee (this includes the accreditation fee for all Foundation modules). Please note: there are separate fees for Advanced and Expert modules.
- Accredited Courseware Provider (ACP), you only pay a fee per accredited module, including foundation modules.
- Accredited Examination Center (AEC), is free of charge.
Is accreditation mandatory?
For some courses, accreditation is mandatory. For other courses, the accreditation is optional. For more information, please contact us.

We expect that all Accredited Training Providers constantly improve the quality of their training courses and respond to developments in both their professional field and education in general. However, any changes in the course program must be submitted to EXIN for evaluation. Provided that these changes do not violate the conditions for accreditation, this will have no impact on the status of the accreditation.
