This module offers you practical knowledge on the manner in which documents and files must be applied and analysed. Examples are the Capacity Plan (how do you bring your services in line with the client's specifications) and Security Policies (how do you apply them).

The Professional Delivery of IT Services according to ISO/IEC 20000 certificate is available till December 31, 2013.

Context

The certificate ITSM Professional Delivery of IT Services is part of the ISO/IEC 20000 Qualification Program – a series of interlinked examinations which are based on the various roles in IT Service Management.

Prerequisites

You must hold the Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management according to ISO/IEC 20000 or a similar certificate.

You must also have completed the practical task of ITSM Professional Delivery of IT Services.
