EXIN is proud to announce that our Partners rate EXIN with an overall score of 8.6 For the third year EXIN has conducted this survey and the score gets better every year. In June 2012, EXIN had a Customer Satisfaction Survey conducted. A large number of customers (both Partners and candidates) responded to the survey. The questions regarded two EXIN departments that have the most customer contact: the Contact Service Center and the Accreditation department.


We thank the EXIN Partners and candidates for taking the time to fill in the survey and for the score with which they rate EXIN. We will continue to keep improving in order to offer you the best possible service and to remain Fast, Reliable, Professional and Flexible.
