Experienced professionals in IT Service Management and service providers wishing to get acquainted with IT Service Management according to ISO/IEC 20000. 



The EXIN ITSM Foundation Bridge certificate in IT Service Management based on ISO/IEC 20000 is part of the ISO/IEC 20000 Qualification Program – a series of interlinked exams which are based on the various roles in IT Service Management.  


Conocimiento previo

You will require an ITIL® certificate in order to participate in the Foundation Bridge in IT Service Management based on the ISO/IEC 20000 exam.
