The e-CF describes 40 internationally-recognized and comparable competences in the field of ICT, subdivided into various levels.
Where EXIN comes in
For instance, we can support you with the EXIN® Competence Scan and the EXIN® Competence Assessment. These are ideal instruments for strategic HR management, and can be used to look at which ICT competences are present at employee or group level, and which ICT competences are lacking or require development. These are helpful tools for analyzing your department.
We screen training programs and provide accreditation; the EXIN® Quality Label means that a course or training programs is ‘e-CF proof’. With this, you select the most appropriate follow-up step for developing competences. Furthermore, we can translate all of your ICT-related roles and specialisms into the necessary e-CF competences, using the EXIN® Role Profiler. This is handy when you need to evaluate CVs or when you want to recruit suitable staff.
