Supporting the Agile Coach, is Arie van Bennekum, co-author of the Agile Manifesto and Chief Examiner of EXIN’s certification program.
”Going through an agile transformation as a company requires involving Agile coaches, be it external or internal. But once you are done with the process, you still need coaches to sustain the change. Here is where the role of internal Agile coaches becomes essential. You don’t want to be always dependent on external parties, but rather build your community and your body of knowledge. The EXIN Agile Coach certification comes in handy in helping organizations shaping their internal coaches.”
