Since the publication of the Agile Manifesto back in 2001, a multitude of professionals and organizations have adopted an Agile way of working. Although the Agile mindset hasn’t changed, the methodologies based on Agile are still evolving rapidly! New Agile trends emerge as these new methods are created. And with so many new trends appearing, the information around Agile can become overwhelming. What should my next step in Agile working be? How can we improving working methods? How can we deliver more value to our customers?

Arie van Bennekum | Co-author of the Agile Manifesto & Chief Examiner at EXIN  

Over the years, Arie has become an expert in global Agile transformations. He has developed models for organizational competencies, the transformation process, coaching types, and other topics that facilitate an Agile transformation – not an easy job. He has created a team around him of highly skilled Agilists with various profiles from technical development coaches to psychologists to support the human and organizational aspects of the transformation.
