EXIN at Service Management World 2019

This year, EXIN will be attending Service Management World 2019 in Orlando, Florida. Representatives from EXIN and the IFDC (International Foundation of Digital Competences) will be at the event. The conference will feature a variety of workshops and sessions focused on Service Management, including two about VeriSM:

Session 102: Fishing for great service delivery? Hook VeriSM’s Management Mesh!

This hands-on, interactive session from VeriSM author Suzanne van Hove will be all about the Management Mesh. What is it exactly? How is it used? What does it mean? How do you create one? These questions and more will be answered during this session, helping you understand the Management Mesh and implement it in your own organization.

Session 302: Real-Life and Applied Enterprise Service Management 

In this session, Scott Standen from the European Central Bank (ECB) will take you along his organization's service management journey. He will talk about the ECB’s implementation of VeriSM and the Management Mesh and how it was used to create fit for purpose services. This session will offer you a real-life example of VeriSM within a business and will give you insights into how you can apply VeriSM yourself. 

Aside from these sessions, there will also be a special meetup with Suzanne van Hove and Sigrid Jansen, where you can meet them both and ask them all your VeriSM related questions. This, in combination with Hajo walking the floor, means there will be plenty of opportunities to discuss VeriSM or other Service Management certifications that EXIN offers.
