Each competence relates to multiple proficiency levels, ranging from 1 to 5.

For example, competency A.3. Business Plan Management acts on level 3, 4 and 5.

Each competence is illustrated with knowledge and skills examples.

For example, an IT professional proficient in Sales Management has knowledge of legal, financial and contractual rules.
