EXIN BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis is an expert level certification designed to test candidates' high-level application of their business analysis knowledge, as well as their interpersonal and problem-solving skills. This certification is the highest level Business Analysis certification, aiming to validate your existing knowledge, skills, and capabilities.
The BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis provides a professional qualification for business analysts. It sets a standard by which business analysts may be assessed. Holders of the qualification will have demonstrated competency in a range of skills and techniques and will have passed examinations that assess performance across knowledge levels 2-5.
To obtain the EXIN BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis, candidates must complete specific requirements outlined in a structured certification path. The process begins with choosing one of two Foundation modules: either “Business Analysis Foundation”, recommended for new professionals, or “Organisational Behaviour Foundation” for a managerial-focused path.
