Suzanne represents EXIN as an Associated Partner of the Artificial Intelligence Skills Alliance (ARISA), a European Union-funded initiative which fast-tracks the upskilling and re-skilling of professionals into AI-related professions in Europe. As part of this initiative, she contributed to the development of the CWA standard for AI Role Profiles and Educational Profiles from the European Committee for Standardisation (CEN).

Suzanne is on the Advisory Board of Digital4Sustainability, a European Union-funded initiative dedicated to accelerating the digital and green transitions within the ICT sector and across European industries. Their mission is to foster a new generation of digital sustainability professionals who can lead the way in integrating advanced digital technologies with sustainable practices.
Suzanne is on the Board of Directors of itSMF International, a global, not-for-profit organization which provides a community for IT Service Management professionals to promote & share best practices in ITSM. Globally, the itSMFTM now boasts over 6000 member companies, blue chip and public sector alike, covering in excess of 40,000 individuals spread over 50+ Chapters.
EXIN is the exclusive Education Partner of the Scopism global SIAM community. Suzanne represents EXIN on the Scopism SIAM Leadership Council, and is active in the community, presenting at webinars & events, providing advice on SIAM learning needs, and writing content.
The Hybrid Intelligence Centre (HIC) is a collaboration of top AI researchers from eight renowned universities in the Netherlands, with the goal to design Hybrid Intelligent systems. Hybrid Intelligence is an approach to Artificial Intelligence that puts humans at the centre, expanding human intellect instead of replacing it. Suzanne is part of the Societal Advisory Board of the HIC, providing an ethical perspective focusing on the impact of AI on society and the labour market.
Suzanne was instrumental in founding the SIAM Community NL in 2021, aimed at promoting best practices in SIAM in the Netherlands. She was a board member for several years and continues to contribute actively to the community.
