EXIN EPI® CITO® is designed to test the skills and knowledge required of a modern IT professional working in entry-level IT. The certification covers the fundamental processes of IT operations.
CITO is intended for aspiring and existing IT professionals who are at entry level or have up to two years of working experience in IT. It is recommended candidates have a basic knowledge of (operating) systems, network and/or applications, and service desk operations.
