EXIN assesses the competencies of professionals according to available high standards. In the interest of transparency, EXIN chooses to validate our certification processes with these similar high standards and operates according to the following 10 commitments:

  3. EXIN has well-defined and designed processes which enable the objectivity of our certification and accreditation activities.

  4. EXIN uses objective criteria for assessing and evaluating competencies and grading.

  5. EXIN continuously monitors the quality of its exams and accreditations and has established formal procedures for collecting, investigating, and resolving complaints and appeals.

  6. EXIN is certified in accordance with international standards ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 and operates according to the principles of international standard ISO 17024.

  7. EXIN conducts well-planned and structured evaluations.

  8. EXIN mitigates conflicts of interest.

  9. EXIN protects and handles personal data, intellectual property, and confidential information with great care.

  10. EXIN aspires to high ethical standards and expects the same from its customers, partners, and suppliers. Any form of deceptive, misleading, illegal, or unethical practice, including, but not limited to, offering or accepting bribes or other means of obtaining undue or improper advantage is deemed unacceptable.
