SIAM™ Adoption Worldwide Infographic

The term SIAM has been around since 2009. Ever since then, Service Integration and Management has been gaining a following around the world. The increasing complexity of the IT landscape has led to the outsourcing of many capabilities and, as a result, organizations are dealing with many different suppliers. SIAM is a great way to enable these organizations to integrate and manage these suppliers efficiently to increase business value.
