Developing digital skills for the Economy 4.0

As Portfolio Director at EXIN, I am accountable for the development and positioning of EXIN’s Digital Skills certification portfolio. I am certified as a Digital Transformation Officer (DTO) and an Agile Scrum Master, as well as in more traditional areas such as ITIL Expert, ISO 20000 Consultant and PRINCE2 Practitioner. I have 7 years’ experience in the IT services industry followed by 17 years’ experience of competence development in the IT education industry. I am a passionate advocate of lifelong learning.

Dick Theisens  – CEO, LSSA and Symbol IT.
Optimization in a digital world using Lean Six Sigma

Dick Theisens developed his experience of process improvement as a consultant in the automotive and high-tech industry at Texas Instruments, Sensata Technologies, Thales, VDL and several other companies. During a period of 25 years he has supported organizations deploying Continuous Improvement. Theisens is a guest lecturer at the University of Twente and is founder of the ‘Lean Six Sigma Academy’ (LSSA), which is the Scheme owner of the Lean Six Sigma certification program.

Nilendu has 15+ years of industry experience and established core competency in the areas of Information Security, Cyber Security, Data Privacy & IT Governance with his capabilities spanning across major transformation engagements in IT Governance and IT Risk & Compliance environment. Prior to Consultants Factory, Nilendu played senior IT advisory roles with multiple organizations including Adecco India, and IDenizen Smartware.

Vikram Madhavan
Director of Operations, Infosys

Vikram is a director at Infosys. He setup from scratch and headed a dedicated PreSales Practice that looks into ITSM Tools and Processes, AIOps, Monitoring, and Consulting businesses, operating since 2015. With bunch of Architects, he has enabled million dollar solutions to global giants. Based on the IT trends, he recognized existing pockets of ITIL Consulting under large programs and consolidated this wing as a dedicated SIAM Practice within Infosys, which is 350 people strong and still growing.

Priya Madhavan
Consultant NASSCOM FutureSkills

Priya has 28 years of work experience and all of it in IT services industry. She has played roles starting as an AS/400 developer to heading business line managing the P&L. Currently with NASSCOM Futureskills, part of the team which is driving India to be become the global hub for digital talent.

 

 

Asha Prakash
Vice President, HCL

Asha has 26 years of experience in IT Services Industry primarily involved in software delivery management, global customer management, operational excellence and delivery unit management with P&L responsibility focusing on end-to-end program management of Application Development, Application Management & Support Services, New ERP implementations & post-implementation Support, Product Development ensuring effective management of various resources.
