As Portfolio Director at EXIN, I am accountable for the development and positioning of EXIN’s Digital Skills certification portfolio. I am certified as a Digital Transformation Officer (DTO) and an Agile Scrum Master, as well as in more traditional areas such as ITIL Expert, ISO 20000 Consultant and PRINCE2 Practitioner. I have 7 years’ experience in the IT services industry followed by 17 years’ experience of competence development in the IT education industry. I am a passionate advocate of lifelong learning.

Dick Theisens  – CEO, LSSA and Symbol IT.

Dick Theisens developed his experience of process improvement as a consultant in the automotive and high-tech industry at Texas Instruments, Sensata Technologies, Thales, VDL and several other companies. During a period of 25 years he has supported organizations deploying Continuous Improvement. Theisens is a guest lecturer at the University of Twente and is founder of the ‘Lean Six Sigma Academy’ (LSSA), which is the Scheme owner of the Lean Six Sigma certification program.
