VeriSM™ Plus

VeriSM™ Plus looks at progressive practices and how they relate to Service Management. The certification focuses on the impact of progressive practices and innovative technologies on modern Service Management.

Who is this certification for?

VeriSM™ Plus has been created to offer professionals with a background in (IT) Service Management the opportunity to bridge into VeriSM™ Foundation. Candidates who already have a Service Management Foundation certification (for example EXIN IT Service Management based on ISO/IEC ISO 20000, EXIN BCS SIAM, IT4IT or ITIL) only have to successfully pass VeriSM™ Plus to attain the full VeriSM™ Foundation certification.
