How is SIAM Performing Globally? Worldwide Adoption Infographic

Last year, Scopism published its 2020 state of SIAM™ report. They asked Service Integration and Management practitioners about the benefits, challenges, skills, and strategic drivers for adopting SIAM within their organization. We have summarized the results and placed them in the infographic below.

Overall, it can be seen that trends such as the varied job titles and high compensation of those working within SIAM remain prevalent. Furthermore, it is very promising to see the increased uptake of those becoming certified in SIAM across the globe.
